Payment:
Payment for your order is expected within three business days. I value my customers, and understand that sometimes you can't pay immediately. If you need more time to make your payment, please contact me immediately so your order is not canceled.
*If payment has not been received after three (3) business days, and I haven't received any communication from you, you will be notified that your order will be CLOSED.*
Method of Payments:
Paypal and Google Checkout are the preferred methods of payment. Credit cards are accepted when checking out with Paypal or Google Checkout.
Money orders are also accepted; if you plan on sending your payment, please inform me immediately after checking out, so I know the payment is on it's way. Communication between us is essential for a great transaction!
Shipping:
Your item(s) will be shipped promptly after receiving payment.
We use USPS first-class or Priority mail for individual items depending on weight, and Fed Ex or UPS for heavier packages, with delivery confirmation. There is no additional cost for confirmation; it is simply an added protective measure for both of us!
Shipping can always be combined, which means big savings when you purchase more than one outfit!
Return Policy:
We discourage returns because it is costly to you. We advise you ask any and all questions before purchasing. If you wish to return an item then you must contact us first for our approval and item must be returned in the same condition you received it. If there is an issue please contact us and we will try to resolve it in a timely manner.
